Is there a biological reason for why humans sleep?
I heard that there’s some scientific reason behind people sleeping when it gets dark out.
i also heard about this scientific experiment where people were put in a cave, and had a light switch, and they had a longer day than we do now.
Are humans semi-Solar powered and react to the sun being up, by us also being up?
if you have any thoughts, theories, or actual facts, please post them below.
thanks!!
we all humans are diurnal living being. We have our own biological clock which set our sleeping habit at night time & awake at day time.
I found an interesting site below that could explain more about human sleeping behavior.
